What happens if the recipient is not there?

What are your payment options?

We use PayPal for our payment processor. You can pay with a PayPal account or credit card. No PayPal account is required and your credit card details will not be stored.

When are deliveries made?

Place your order online by 12 midday Monday to Friday for delivery that same day. You can email us if you have any queries. Please check our delivery areas and delivery policy.

What happens if the recipient is not there?

If the delivery address is a business / office we may leave the gift with the reception staff. If no one is at home to accept the plant we will locate the best spot to leave it and then SMS the recipient so they know they have a gift waiting for them.
